This would be Moliere's gravesite in Paris, France. The gravesite is called pere lachaise cemetary, which moliere was transported to in 1817. Unfortunately, back then, the people of the theatre were not allowed to be buried in "the sacred grounds of a cemetary.", But his widow begged the king for a proper funeral. The king accepted and moliere had a funeral. The only downside was that he was buried in the section used for unbaptized infants

Aw... Well it was not completely sad, atleast he had a proper funeral.
ReplyDeleteMon dieu! That's awful! It's sad that some people are discriminated against. Almost the same to my story except women were discriminated because they weren't allowed to be taught how to paint by men.
ReplyDeleteSuch a sad story. such as artsts are looked down on because they are a lower class.
